It is a system where four sides of the frame have been designed with 4 pillars and components of Scafset Coupling system components are used. It can be used for industrial buildings and building fortification projects which require very high load bearing capacityIt can be installed quite fast and easily. It is designed by making static calculations and on site technical support is provided for applications.

FLAMAX High Load Prop System

It is PROPEX adjustable aluminum prop system. It is three times lighter than steel. The system can be used as a single prop system, table formwork system or heavy loading tower. It acts as a carrier according to the conventional formwork system. PROPEX adjustable aluminum prop system is possible to work with less labor and faster, compared to conventional formwork system. It can bear loads up to 160 kN per prop system. Its circulation speed is high when used as a Table Formwork System because it can be used without disassembling until the end of the project.

SCAFSET Heavy Loading Tower System

SCAFSET® Cup-Lock Scaffolding System is a scaffolding system, used as slab-bearing scaffolding or a working scaffolding in various buildings. It consists of horizontal members, vertical members, moving platform parts and many accessories. Connections are attached to the cups in the vertical components with paddles in horizontal components. It is easy to install, transport and store. Cup-Lock Scaffolding System can be easily shaped according to the building shape. Therefore, it is preferred for industrial facilities, petroleum refineries, shipyards, constructions, entertainment sector and concert or sports areas which need temporary tribunes. The system is hot dipped galvanized which is resistant to corrosion. SCAFSET® Cup-Lock Scaffolding System conforms to TS – EN 12810-1 norms and is certified.

PROPSET Adjustable Prop System

Propset Adjustable Prop Systems, which is used as a slab formwork and can be easily applied for all types of floors in different shapes. Main components of the system are props. The Propset Adjustable Prop Systems is completed with auxiliary members such as Tripod, U-Head and Two Way Head. It is designed as adjustable, for working at different heights. The distance between the prop systems are decreased or increased to adapt to slab load.

SKYSET Shoring Formwork Systems

SKYSET® is an easy to install new generation shoring formwork system which provides savings on both labor and project time. IEach component weights maximum 18 kg. thanks to this lightness which can be lifted by even one person, use of a crane is not necessary. Main beams, designed from aluminum profile, provide much higher strength and longer life in environmental conditions in comparison to formwork beams.

SCAFSET Cuplock Scaffolding System

This is a heavy load bearing scaffolding system with fast and easy set-up, which is comprising 4 types of frame members. Heavy Loading Tower is consisting of main frame member, diagonal connection member and height adjustment members. When utilized as Table Formwork System, it can be used without demounting till the end of project. Tables with high dimensions are formed, such that it is saved from workmanship, time and material.

SKYSET® Aluminum shoring system is an easy to install new generation shoring formwork system which provides savings on both labor and project time. SKYSET® Aluminum Panel Slab Formwork System is lightweight, allowing a single person to handle it without the need for cranes. With seven different size options, the system can be applied to various designs, providing practical solutions at project ends with its ability to make 90° connections. The system offers flexibility and efficiency in construction projects by enabling concrete pouring at alternative prop spacings. Formerly known as the Flexdeck Panel Slab Formwork System, this slab formwork system was redeveloped and improved at the end of 2022 as the SKYSET Aluminum Panel Slab Formwork System. With its new design, the system offers simpler and easier installation, reliability, and high workmanship quality. It has been used in various projects to date, yielding successful results.
